We have been blessed with along dry fall.
This has provided me with just enough time to finish the last of my welding projects for the year. I really hope I finish before the snow and cold rolls in.
I am welding In my driveway using my chicken coop for lack of a better place to work. Once I finish my three chandeliers that I am making for a hotel in Idaho, I will pack it all up and stash it somewhere. I will get rid of some and save the choicest bits. I just purchased a new trailer to pack it all onto. I will stash this thousands of loud of goods and equipment somewhere out of site and bust it out again once I can hunt up a new place to set up a welding studio. I have searched high and low and found nothing - so now I must be calm and wait for it.
I normally do very little welding in the winter months anyway. I need opens iron order to survive the fumes and grime.
In my studio - where welding in not permitted I will focus on painting and collaging. I am also going to add teaching to my studio practice. I will be hosting creative parties in order to cover my studio expenses and because I really enjoy seeing the spark of creativity alight in people.
